NEWS OMAN ITA celebrates the graduation of its first batch of Sas incubated companies On this occasion, Dr Salim Bin Sultan Alruzaiqi, CEO of ITA, said: “Today, we proudly celebrate the graduation of 7 promising SMEs in the ICT field after passing the incubation period at the Sas Centre for Entrepreneurship, and their remarkable achievements as the overall revenues of the incubated companies reached OMR1.6 million gained over the last three years only.” The Information Technology Authority (ITA) of Oman has celebrated the graduation of its first batch of incubated ICT SMEs from the Sas for Entrepreneurship Centre. The event was sponsored by Telecom Oman (TeO) and held under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Ali Bin Masoud Alsunaidi, minister of Commerce and Industry, with the presence of a number of officials and CEOs of government and private companies and ICT professionals. “The role and support of Sas for Entrepreneurship will not end at this point and it will be committed to follow-up and monitor these SMEs even after graduation. They will also be able to benefit from all the continuous consultancy services and participate in the networking events, training courses and overseas training by Sas for Entrepreneurship”, he added.
