UAE ’ s AI Applications Office , Emirati Human Resources Council , SAS to train 5,000 Emirati students
The UAE ’ s Artificial Intelligence ,
Digital Economy , and Remote Work Applications Office and Emirati Human Resources Development Council , in Dubai , in collaboration with SAS , announced a pioneering initiative with the goal of training 5,000 Emirati students in advanced technologies over the next five years .
This initiative aligns with Dubai ’ s strategic vision to strengthen its digital economy , empower youth , and position the nation as a global provider in innovation and sustainability .
The initiative will provide young Emiratis with critical skills in emerging technology sectors , preparing them for leadership roles in a rapidly evolving global landscape . SAS has committed to supporting the programme through mentorship opportunities and training courses designed to equip students with practical , in-demand skills .

du , the telecom and digital services provider , in partnership with AI Hosting Hub , AIH Hub for Cloud Service and Datacentres Providers , announced deployment of NVIDIA supercluster within the GCC . Located in Dubai Silicon Oasis , the project marks a significant advancement in the data centre and AI technology landscape of the region .
du will introduce a supercluster composed of several thousand NVIDIA GPUs , all housed within Supermicro liquid-cooled racks that surpass 5 + MW of power capacity . This innovative approach is not just a win for AI Hosting Hub but a leap forward for technology implementations across the UAE , showcasing a direct to chip liquid cooling technology in a high-density cluster for the first time in the area .
