Kuwait’ s Ministry of Health implements Intalio’ s Correspondence Management System

In a significant step toward enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring document security, the Ministry of Health, MOH in Kuwait has partnered with Intalio to implement a transformative digital solution addressing challenges such as limited accessibility, security risks during collaboration, disorganised workflows, and scalability issues arising from a high volume of users.

Intalio’ s robust centralised solution resolved these concerns, enabling MOH to securely share, visualise, and process documents while streamlining correspondence and collaboration across departments and with other hospitals and medical entities.
The Ministry of Health in Kuwait oversees the nation’ s healthcare system, including public health initiatives, hospitals, and clinics. Committed to delivering world-class medical services, the Ministry continuously adopts advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and provide exceptional care to its citizens.
The Ministry of Health in Kuwait’ s reliance on paper-based correspondence led to inefficiencies, delays, and communication gaps across its extensive network of hospitals, medical entities, and departments. With approximately 70,000 users, document security posed significant risks, including unauthorised access, tampering, and leaks. The absence of digital tools further limited workflow efficiency, tracking, and remote accessibility.
To address these issues, Intalio delivered a unified Correspondence System customised according to the needs of the Ministry of Health. By integrating advanced tools, including Intalio Correspondence Tracking System, CTS, Intalio Viewer, Intalio Digital Signature, Intalio CTS Mobile, and Intalio Watermark, Intalio’ s solution revolutionised how the MOH manages its correspondence processes.
With this system, the Ministry of Health has automated correspondence workflows, reduced processing time, minimised errors, and improved collaboration across its network of departments and entities. Oracle collaborates with Saudi MCIT and NeLC to train 50,000 nationals in AI

Communications and Information Technology, MCIT and the National eLearning Centre, NeLC to equip 50,000 Saudi nationals with the latest Artificial Intelligence and digital technology skills that will help prepare them for the most in-demand technology-powered jobs of the future.
Under the new collaboration, MCIT and NeLC will introduce Oracle’ s Mostaqbali, My Future programme to Saudi citizens to boost lifelong learning, support local employment opportunities and enable Saudi organisations accelerate digital transformation with readily available local talent.
Mostaqbali will be available to all Saudi nationals at different stages of their learning and professional careers, from students just entering the workforce to working professionals, with a special focus on women and early-career professionals. In addition to the opportunity to secure professional certification, learners in the Mostaqbali programme will also be able to earn badges that indicate their job readiness for specialised job roles. and enablement platform from Oracle University used by millions of technology trainees around the world.
The programme will offer rigorous foundational training in cloud technologies that will then channel students to professional-level training and certifications, including in areas such as DevOps, AI, applications business processes, machine learning, and data science, as well as additional training curated individually based on learning levels and educational goals.
