Please describe the current challenges, opportunities for your customers and how does JAGGAER help address these?
In today’ s volatile market, procurement teams are under growing pressure from every direction. Finance leaders are seeking greater spend visibility, supply chain managers are navigating global disruptions, ESG officers are under scrutiny to meet sustainability targets, and legal teams are tasked with tighter contract compliance. The result is a complex, crossfunctional landscape where gaps in processes can have wide-reaching implications.
JAGGAER’ s response is JAGGAER ONE; a unified, intelligent platform that connects sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and spend analytics in a single ecosystem. Whether it is enabling strategic sourcing decisions, through AI-driven insights, or giving procurement leaders the tools to drive ESG compliance, JAGGAER helps customers turn complexity into clarity – and challenges into competitive advantage.
Which non-competitive business in the region do you admire for innovative usage of technology?
Mosbeh believes the Middle East’ s e-commerce sector is a standout example of how technology can reshape entire industries. Players like Noon, Mumzworld, and Namshi have not only embraced automation, AI, and data analytics – they have done so in ways that enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint.
From personalised recommendations to same-day delivery, these platforms have made convenience the new standard. What is particularly admirable is how they use technology not just for efficiency, but to create human-centred experiences. Mosbeh states that this is a mindset that businesses across all sectors – including enterprise tech – can learn from.
Which aspects of your job role do you find rewarding and which challenging?
In his professional life, Mosbeh finds few things to be more fulfilling than seeing a deal come to life – whether that is onboarding a new customer, launching a strategic partnership, or delivering measurable results for an existing client. These moments represent the culmination of hard work, collaboration, and perseverance.
At the same time, he states that today’ s economic climate has introduced new complexities. Budget constraints and elongated decision-making cycles are becoming more common, particularly as organisations navigate global uncertainty. While these factors can be frustrating, Mosbeh sees them as part of the game. The more challenging the path, the more satisfying the win.
How do you best like to de-stress and recharge off work?
For Mosbeh, switching off means truly unplugging – ideally somewhere with no Wi-Fi. Whether it is boxing to blow off steam, racing cars for an adrenaline rush, or simply relaxing on a quiet, music-free beach, he gravitates toward experiences that offer total immersion. It is in those moments of stillness, or speed, that he recharges best, ready to return energised for the next challenge. p
