As part of its GITEX plans, Cisco will demonstrate its digital solutions and technology across multiple verticals including Public safety and security, aviation, education, transport, public sector, banking and finance, and oil and gas, amongst others. In addition to showcasing‘ real life’ Smart City scenarios, the company will highlight how implementing a digitisation strategy will enable Middle East countries and organisations to reap the full benefits of the Internet of Things( IoT). Cisco will also use the event to demonstrate how an integrated threat defence architecture can help businesses see 100 % of their extended networks and defend it faster.
INTERACTIVE INTELLIGENCE
Under the theme‘ Imagine the Future of Customer Engagement’ at GITEX, Interactive Intelligence will showcase PureCloud, its cloud-based platform.
“ Earlier this year, we introduced PureCloud in the region and customers have already begun to leverage it to deliver a superior service experience. Our focus at GITEX is to further drive uptake in the region by highlighting how this high-value, lowrisk cloud solution can offer a fast return on investment while improving customer engagement,” said Shaheen Haque, Territory Manager, Middle East & Turkey, Interactive Intelligence.
In addition to PureCloud, Interactive Intelligence will showcase Customer Interaction Center( CIC), which is its on-premises omnichannel customer engagement solution for mid-size to large contact centres. The company will conduct live demonstrations of these solutions at its stand, giving attendees a chance to experience first-hand the latest features.
“ Customers who attend GITEX are interested in understanding the latest trends and are therefore very receptive to innovative solutions such as those that Interactive Intelligence will promote at the show. The timing of GITEX also makes it possible for them to begin the strategic planning of their IT investment for the following year,” he added.

The company will demonstrate how these technologies are and will play an increasingly important role in improving the quality of life, not just for upcoming generations, but for everyone today.
