By replacing guesswork with actionable insights, we can maintain strict service levels and optimise our resource usage far more effectively.
What impact has the introduction of real-time dashboards and analytics had on collaboration between infrastructure, application and network teams?
To enhance usability and collaboration, we heavily customised our deployment with dashboards designed specifically for different business functions and IT teams. We have successfully created more than 30 dedicated dashboards to monitor our critical applications, with each providing shared, actionable metrics. This cross-functional implementation naturally fostered deep collaboration between our application, infrastructure and network teams, as they are now aligned around the same comprehensive visibility.
Beyond the technical teams, the success of these real-time analytics quickly gained visibility at the executive level. Our leadership can now view measurable improvements directly through the AppResponse dashboards, allowing them to easily link IT performance data to tangible business outcomes.
These insights empower our executive stakeholders with robust, data-driven decisionmaking capabilities, enabling them to align technology investments with broader business goals and strategically plan for future data centre expansions.

For example, our IT team identified and completely eliminated unnecessary DNS records that were causing redundant lookups and creating significant performance lag across key applications. This specific optimisation vastly improved our network responsiveness and reduced latency across user sessions.
By optimising these DNS records and managing network traffic better, we achieved much more efficient data flows. Ultimately, these technical performance gains translated directly into better agent efficiency and a superior user experience. Because our systems now respond faster and more reliably, our customer service representatives are able to handle calls, process transactions and fulfil client requests much more seamlessly, directly boosting their overall productivity and effectiveness.
Looking ahead, how do you plan to expand observability across your second data centre and further strengthen service reliability for Turkcell Global Bilgi’ s enterprise clients?
Encouraged by the highly measurable improvements from our initial deployment, we have already begun planning the expansion of Riverbed AppResponse to our second data centre. Our immediate goal is to achieve comprehensive observability across both our production and backup environments, eliminating any remaining blind spots.
