Lenovo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding( MoU) with National Housing Company Innovation to establish a framework for collaboration supporting the Kingdom’ s evolving housing and digital infrastructure landscape.

The agreement sets out a foundation to explore cooperation across advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence( AI), data science, advanced data centres, research and development, and specialised training programmes.

Lenovo, NHC Innovation partner on AI for Saudi housing sector

A key pillar of the collaboration is training, knowledge transfer, and Saudi talent enablement, with both parties exploring specialised programs in AI, data science, and engineering. This builds on Lenovo’ s ongoing graduate initiatives that provide hands-on training and global exposure, directly supporting its broader investments in the Kingdom, including local manufacturing capabilities in Riyadh, where Saudi talent will play a central role in driving operations, innovation, and long-term capability building.
As part of this collaboration, both parties will assess how AI and data-driven solutions can enhance housing services and improve efficiency, building on Lenovo’ s expertise in delivering AIpowered technologies and infrastructure to support digital transformation across key sectors in the Kingdom.
The MoU also creates a pathway to assess opportunities for innovation and R & D, leveraging Lenovo’ s expanding capabilities in Saudi Arabia to develop solutions aligned with national priorities and the evolving needs of the housing sector.

Ajman Transport Authority inks pact with e & to advance AI applications in transport

Ajman Transport Authority has signed a Memorandum of Understanding( MoU) with e & to strengthen collaboration in digital innovation and artificial intelligence, supporting the continued development of the transport ecosystem and corporate services.

The agreement aims to leverage advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality by exploring agentic AI applications that support backoffice functions, including automating human resources and finance processes, responding to employee inquiries, supporting leave and payroll management, and contributing to financial reporting. enhance operational performance and elevate service quality.
He added that the partnership will contribute to building a more agile and innovative operating environment by harnessing modern technologies in smart planning, data analytics, and user experience enhancement, while also supporting the development of national capabilities in artificial intelligence.
