NEWS Avaya commends Kuwaiti customers for driving knowledge economy at Experience Avaya Kuwait A vaya, a leading global business communications company, has commended the commitment of organisations in Kuwait to driving development of the nation’s knowledge- based economy by leveraging technology. Avaya honoured leading customers for their innovative deployments of its next-generation communications solutions in key industry sectors, including banking, retail, aviation, oil and gas, financial services and healthcare. The customer awards were the highlight of the Experience Avaya Kuwait event, which took place on March 12 to 13 in Kuwait City. The awards recognised outstanding organisations in their sectors that have used Avaya’s customer experience and unified communications solutions to increase operational efficiency, enhance team engagement and deliver superior customer experiences. Held at the Hilton London Hotel in London, Youssef was among 100 CEOs awarded at the ceremony. Established in 2016, the Arab Best Award aims to recognise innovation and excellence in the Arab world across three core areas: government, business and community contribution; and was attended by several ministers, renowned CEOs and other prominent Arab personalities.
