uawei, a leading global ICT solutions
provider, showcased its innovative
portfolio of security products and solutions
aimed at enhancing public safety and
cybersecurity on the first day of the
International Exhibition of National Security
and Resilience (ISNR). The three-day global
event held at the Abu Dhabi National
Exhibition Center explored the impact of key
disruptive technologies on national security
and focused on digital forensics, crowd
management and safe city control centres.
Solutions showcased included the intelligent
video convergent command and dispatching
solutions, cybersecurity solutions, LTE
emergency communication system solutions
and service driven distributed cloud data
centre solutions.

President, Enterprise Business, Middle East,

he inaugural Future Blockchain
Summit will be the world’s first
experiential blockchain festival hosted by
a city.
Taking place from May 2 to 3 at the
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the
summit is officially hosted by the Smart
Dubai Office, the entity recognised as
the global first-mover in blockchain
adoption, in partnership with Dubai
World Trade Centre.
Designed to be the world’s most
influential and creative blockchain
event, the summit brings together over
7,000 chiefs of industry and visionary
technologists from around the world
to accelerate blockchain application in
Dubai and beyond.
Focused on moving beyond technical
feasibility and theories, this rich conference
with over 70 sessions dives deep into real-
world applications, creating opportunities
and catalysing adoption across a range of
sectors: retail and e-commerce, creative
economy, healthcare, transportation,
education, food, hospitality and tourism,
energy, FinTech and banking, as well as
safety and security.
