UAE
The Discovery Gardens Mall project in Dubai consists
of shopping, dining and tourism facilities with more than
370,000 square feet of new shopping space and a 350 room
hotel. The project will transform the existing Discovery Gardens
Pavilion into an all-encompassing retail, hospitality and
healthcare complex, providing more amenities for residents
in and around Discovery Gardens. The development also
includes two hospitals and 1,000 car spaces.
OMAN
The Ibri Solar Independent Power Plant (IPP)
project calls for the construction of a utility-scale solar
independent power plant located in Wilayat of Ibri, Al
Dhahirah Governorate, Oman. The project includes financing,
procurement, engineering, construction, operation and
maintenance of the new 500 megawatt power plant for a
15-year period initially. The plant is spread over a sprawling
1,800-hectare site and will be able to supply the power
requirements of 33,000 homes.
