KSA
The Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) and Jabal Omar
Development Company (JODC), the largest publicly-listed real
estate company in Saudi Arabia, have announced the signing
of a strategic partnership. The agreement enables the two
companies to explore opportunities for collaboration in real
estate projects within the holy city of Makkah and throughout
the rest of KSA.
BAHRAIN
A smart car park project has been completed in Manama,
Bahrain. Developed by Edamah, the car park complex, called
The Terminal, is located in the Adliya neighbourhood, and
offers 330 parking spaces, as well as 10 dining and commercial
outlets. Ehamah, which is the real estate division of the Bahrain
Government, has plans to develop more than 1,000 car park
spaces in the next five years.
