A seven-storey residential building is being constructed at
Maryam Island, Sharjah. The project is the first residential
property at the flagship project which is a 458,000 square
metre, mixed-use, development. The project features 164 units
ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. It also
offers 20 retail and F&B units, a shared community pool, gym,
pool, children’s playground and waterfront promenade.
OMAN
A project will see the construction of a six-storey hotel at Al
Khuwayr, Muscat. The hotel will offer 285 rooms, including
12 suites with a restaurant and bar. The project is part of a
complex which will also have a business centre and the new
headquarters for the Institute of Public Administration at the
ministries area in Al Khuwayr.
