QATAR
The Doha Port Redevelopment Garden District will see the
redevelopment of the garden district located at Doha Port, Qatar.
The project will see the construction of a gym, gardens including
a fountain, a floating garden, lagoon and jogging park.
UAE
The Downtown Views project consists of a 55-storey
residential tower offering 10 podium levels and 416
apartments located at Downtown, Dubai. Dubai Mall has
proposed a connecting walkway between the project and
the mall. The podium features two storeys of residential
amenities including a roof-top pool and health club terrace, a
grand entrance lobby at the lower level and more than 400
basement car parking lots.
