Two MoUs have been signed between the Information
Technology Industry Development Agency, the Information
Technology Institute and IBM Egypt, to stimulate
entrepreneurship and develop the digital skills of Egyptian
young people. Signing these two MoUs is part of the efforts
aimed to strengthen the concept of strategic partnership
between the Ministry of Communications and Information
Technology and the private sector to develop skills of
Egyptian young people on modern digital technologies.

STC group CEO Nasser Alnasser has declared that STC
has taken significant steps to enable digitisation, Smart
Cities, cloud, IOT, 5G services, and to play a leading role
in the development of future telecommunication and ICT
infrastructure. In a panel discussion during Future Investment
Initiative (FII), Al-Nasser said: “We are very clear about our
DARE strategy, encompasses all the facts on how STC will play
its national champion role not only on the infrastructure
side but in platforms and digitisation as well in
alignment with 2030 vision.”
