PROJECT UPDATE TURKEY The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre, in collaboration with Turkish regulator Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), successfully delivered a workshop aimed at increasing awareness of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6), as well as measurements and tools that the RIPE NCC provides for network operators. The workshop, which was held at the BTK headquarters in Ankara, was attended by local Internet service providers, telecom operators, BTK and other related organisations. OMAN The Information Technology Authority (ITA) in Oman is sending 10 graduates to China for training in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. The ITA signed an agreement with Guangxi Chance Technology to send the graduates for three months of work experience.
