NEWS Infonas takes network management to the cloud with Ciena Infonas, a global telecommunications service and cloud provider in the Middle East, has selected software and services from Ciena to expand its network capabilities and meet increasing demand for high performance connectivity. Bahrain-based telco Batelco has announced the recruitment of 19 Bahraini graduates who were enrolled in the company’s ‘Preparing Future Leaders’ training programme. The objective of the programme is to prepare graduates by introducing them to the telecommunications sector, where they are provided with practical training experience, allowing them to develop basic business skills such as communication, planning and teamwork.
