• RETURN TO WORK Organisations were forced to transition to Work from Home ( WFH ) in a matter of days , but the Return to Work ( RTW ), or more precisely , Return to Office , will be a process that takes place over several months and requires a new , fluid working environment for many workers .

• THE NEW TOMORROW Faced with global disruption , uncertainty and challenges , organisations have the opportunity to reimagine their business models and accelerate or launch digital initiatives that will enable them to emerge stronger .
