Immersive and seamless experiences
As Expo 2020 Dubai brings the world together , creating lasting experiences requires the visitor to be able to engage with digitally-rich content – whether it be through Augmented or Virtual Reality , locationsensitive applications or even simply scanning barcodes and QR codes .
With the help of Cisco CX , more than 9,000 Wi-Fi access points have been deployed across the site , promising to keep every user connected . Around 400 of these access points are Wi-Fi 6 enabled , in areas where ultra-fast connectivity is key . Collectively , these technologies provide secure , seamless roaming for attendees , and also support mobile communication for volunteers , employees , and thousands of visitors on a daily basis .
