What first made you think of a career in technology ?

Since my elementary school days , I was fascinated by computers , and I recall enrolling into a course at my school to learn more about computers and those lesson took place after school hours . It ’ s the desire to know more about something and in my case , it was computers and electronics .

What style of management philosophy do you employ with your current position ?

There are many styles of management , it is changing from one industry to another with the recent pandemic around the world . Leaders need to apply a mix of management styles to be able to increase

employee morale and keep the checks and balances in place . Empowered employees are the core of any successful organisation .

What do you think is the current hot technology talking point ?

Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) and Machine Learning will be the focus of humanity all over the world for the next decade . The two technologies will enable us to do more for ourselves and for others . The technologies touch all areas of people ’ s lives , and the impact is already being noticed now .
