Many of our clients have minimal exposure to the market as well as having unrealistic expectations on the onset of engagements .
At times , requirements and processes are unclear or subject to change based on scenarios . Helping our clients navigate through these challenges through a transparent and guided process is our main priority .
In addition , many a times clients only have limited line of sight on overall value chains . Helping them understand the importance of certain actions and processes with downstream effects is also a key deliverable and similarly a challenge .
How can a channel partner disrupt the regional market ?
The industry requires a deep level of local knowledge and expertise . It is normally challenging for a new entrant to organically build up this knowledge base and the required ecosystem to quickly gain a competitive position . However , there are hybrid models of partnering with local firms or localising global expertise for the regional market needs which may provide channel partners with a competitive edge .

Omer oversees the existing PROVEN business and guides it towards strategic and sustainable growth . Omer has built a strong leadership team which manages and scales the various front end and operational verticals of the firm . Omer is on the advisory board for other PROVEN Arabia businesses providing strategic guidance to those businesses .

The e-commerce giants such as Noon and Souq- Amazon have really made a significant impact in the retail space with the efficient combination of technology and ecosystem infrastructure . They have incubated whole supplementary ecosystems through localised solutions to overcome local challenges which are innovative and changed the retail landscape .
Which aspects of your job role are rewarding , which challenging ?
His focus is to enable his team leads and wider team members to operate autonomously towards the collective objectives whilst providing a base level of support and guidance . His approach focuses on enablement and integrative thinking , which is why he has built a diverse team that emphasizes idea and goal synthesis .
Working with my team to find innovative solutions and new offerings to help our clients is uniquely rewarding . Developing and incubating various elements of the business and then seeing them create actual tangible results is extremely rewarding .

The major pain points of having an advisory business offering consulting , advisory and compliance
I have a relatively young family with two young daughters . Making sure I am available for them in their formative stages is an automatic de-stress . In addition , I am an avid reader which is a big go to de-stress and re-charge activity for me . p
