As Deputy General Manager and the regional lead for Endava in Saudi Arabia, Zane Ulhaq works across sectors to deliver strategic and technological value to their clients. His role involves leveraging Endava’ s global expertise to contribute to Saudi Arabia’ s Vision 2030.

What are your strengths and abilities that you bring to the above role?
One of the things Ulhaq has excelled at through his career has been bringing together different disciplines, technology, change management, and organisational transformation. He doesn’ t just look at challenges from a technical standpoint; but focuses on the bigger picture, understanding how both technology and people interact within complex systems.

Please describe some of the biggest pain points or opportunities that come up in your discussions with customers. How does your organisation address these?
Often, when talking to clients, it’ s a few common pain points they share. Many struggle to turn their data into real, actionable insights. Others are dealing with outdated system architectures that make scaling a challenge. Long deployment cycles are another big frustration, by the time, a new feature is live, market needs have already shifted.
