Please describe the expectations of the end customers that you address. What are their pain points today?
End customers today demand speed, agility, and greater control over their technology initiatives. Traditional software development is often too slow, costly, and resource-heavy to keep up. Business leaders are under constant pressure to deliver applications faster, without over-relying on IT teams, who are already stretched thin, managing security, compliance, and increasing workloads.
Most organisations face siloed processes, scattered tools, and limited visibility across operations. There’ s a growing need for custom applications at enterprise, department, and team levels, primarily because offthe-shelf solutions are either unavailable or don’ t align with their unique business needs. A major bottleneck for IT is the mounting backlog of requests and the rise of shadow IT as teams seek workarounds.
Customers seek a unified platform that empowers both IT and business users to build applications rapidly, reduce development costs, and maintain enterprisegrade governance. Flexibility is key, they expect solutions that evolve with their changing requirements.
Kissflow addresses these needs through its AIpowered application generation platform, which automates application creation, offers real-time improvement suggestions, and bridges the gap between business and IT. This enables a shift from reactive development to proactive innovation, helping organisations launch applications in days, not months.
Which generic technologies and innovations can make a difference to your end customers business?
AI and low-code, no-code technologies like Kissflow are transforming how businesses approach application development. These innovations help bridge the gap between business intent and tech execution. With AI-powered application generation, customers can describe their requirements in natural language and instantly generate functional applications, cutting down months of development into days.
Process automation, workflow creation, and smart decision modelling also play a crucial role. These allow businesses to streamline complex processes, reduce manual intervention, and ensure consistency across operations. Integrated data intelligence and dashboards further empower stakeholders with realtime insights for faster decision-making.
Cloud-native architectures and microservices also offer flexibility and scalability that traditional systems lack. By embracing these technologies, businesses can modernise legacy systems, stay agile in dynamic markets, and create a future-ready digital ecosystem that supports innovation at every level.
How can a channel partner in your industry disrupt the regional market and gain a leading competitive position?
To be disruptive, channel partners must move beyond reselling and become value-driven digital transformation consultants. By mastering low-code, AI platforms like Kissflow, they can help customers build applications faster and solve business challenges proactively. Offering industry-specific solutions, bundled services, and local support can differentiate them.
Building domain expertise, educating customers on ROI, and highlighting quick wins through POCs will earn trust. Most importantly, they must embrace a co-innovation, co-creation mindset, collaborating closely with clients to deliver fast, scalable, and sustainable solutions, thereby securing long-term strategic relevance.
Which aspects of your job role do you find rewarding and which are challenging?
I find it incredibly rewarding to operate at the intersection of technology and business impact. Seeing customers move from idea to implementation within days using Kissflow is truly satisfying. Many enterprise clients across the region have accelerated time-to-value, achieved measurable ROI, and gained full governance control through our platform.
I enjoy crafting GTM strategies that resonate across cultures and mentoring teams to deliver them with precision. The biggest challenge lies in managing diverse customer expectations and internal alignment across a multilingual landscape, but with the help of our partners, we bridge these gaps. These challenges keep me inspired, agile, and future-focused.
How do you best like to de-stress and re-charge off work?
I unwind by spending quality time with my family, often over a good meal or a weekend getaway. I am a coffee enthusiast and love café hopping to discover new brews that spark creativity. Reading business and fiction books keeps me energised, while a quiet walk or a good playlist helps me recharge. p
