UAE QATAR e & enterprise, the Digital Transformation arm of e &, and Exeed Industries, a leading UAE industrial group and a subsidiary of National Holding, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding( MoU). The partnership is a multi-year programme set to accelerate Digital Transformation across Exeed Industries’ UAE-based factories.

Together, both entities will develop a comprehensive Industry 4.0 roadmap – a strategic plan that guides manufacturers in adopting smart, connected technologies to boost efficiency and competitiveness – underpinned by AI and sustainability. The goal is to strengthen the resilience and global standing of UAE manufacturing.

e & enterprise will lead the development of the Exeed Industries technology blueprint for Industry 4.0 strategy, working closely with each manufacturing unit and the Group. This roadmap will be key in enabling Exeed Industries to access funding opportunities from Abu Dhabi Investment Office through the Smart Manufacturing Accelerator Programme( SMAP), to implement transformative projects at scale.

Syntys, a multi-country digital infrastructure provider across the Middle East and North Africa, has played a key role in enabling the launch of Ooredoo’ s advanced sovereign AI cloud services in Qatar.

Powered by the latest NVIDIA Hopper GPUs, the service is delivered by Ooredoo and fully hosted in secure, highperformance data centres designed and operated by Syntys.

With the rise of AI and high-performance computing demands, Syntys is delivering next-generation, GPU-ready data centres that serve as the foundation for scalable digital innovation. These carrier-neutral facilities feature advanced cooling, highdensity rack configurations and a fault-tolerant design to ensure uninterrupted performance for AI workloads.

The project involved transforming existing infrastructure using a modular design approach to accommodate the specific requirements of GPU-accelerated workloads, enhancing scalability, energy efficiency and strict security compliance. From technical assessment to operational readiness, Syntys collaborated closely with Ooredoo to create an environment that supports fast deployment and high-density rack integration – two essential pillars for AI readiness.
