Beyon to equip the Ministry of Interior with 500 smart cameras and an integrated traffic monitoring system

Beyon has signed a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Interior to deploy an AI-powered traffic monitoring system designed to modernise Bahrain’ s road infrastructure and enhance public safety.

The agreement was signed at the Ministry of Interior headquarters by H. E. Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, and H. E. Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and Chairman of Beyon. monitoring platform leverages AI technologies with self-learning capabilities to provide accurate, real-time data that enables proactive safety measures.
He added that Beyon’ s commitment throughout the project reflects its role in supporting national objectives and Bahrain’ s Vision 2030, while reinforcing the Kingdom’ s position as a regional hub for Digital Transformation and AI.
The ceremony was attended by H. E. Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the General Traffic Council, and H. E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
Under the deal, Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group, will provide the General Directorate of Traffic with 500 smart cameras as part of an integrated monitoring system powered by AI to improve traffic flow and discipline.

( JAP) into the esports and gaming sector.
The initiative will offer stc group employees real-world experience through temporary project-based assignments, building capabilities in one of the Kingdom’ s fastest-growing digital industries.
Participants will work on industry-relevant projects, receive mentorship from esports professionals and gain technical and strategic skills to support Saudi Arabia’ s rise as a global digital powerhouse.

The Saudi Esports Federation will provide opportunities aligned with its mission to develop local talent, support grassroots-to-professional growth and strengthen the gaming value chain.
