How has your organisation’ s technology roadmap evolved in recent years, and why did cloud ERP become the next logical step?
We’ ve been running Epicor for many years, so this wasn’ t about changing vendor or starting from scratch. It was about evolving in line with both our own operational ambitions and the product roadmap.
As the business grew, our reliance on ERP, as the core operational system, increased. We were holding significant historical data and managing increasingly complex workflows. Moving to
