Order entry was a clear starting point. A large share of customer orders arrives by email as PDFs, spreadsheets, web documents or images. Product descriptions, pack sizes and units of measurement can vary across customers, making conventional automation difficult.
Under Agarwal ' s leadership, MH Enterprises developed a purpose-built platform using AI, machine learning and robotic process automation. The platform reads incoming orders, identifies the relevant information and applies business context such as purchasing behaviour, expected pricing and units of measurement to determine what the customer intends to order.
" We automated the entire order-taking process," said Agarwal. " All incoming emails are ingested by the bot."
The system does not treat every prediction as equally reliable. Clear matches move forward, while uncertain cases are directed to employees for review. This reduces manual effort and allows orders to reach warehouse and logistics operations much faster, without removing control over exceptions.
