A their early role as productivity tools and becoming embedded in the everyday flow of work. From searching for information and summarising meetings to analysing data, resolving service requests and orchestrating workflows, AI is beginning to change not just how quickly employees work, but how much routine work they need to handle themselves.

The most immediate gains are coming from removing the administrative friction that surrounds everyday tasks.
