What first made you think of a career in technology ?
I am a very lucky person . Technology was my hobby and a passion and has now become my daily work . At a very early stage of my life , I started to play with transistors , circuits , processors and all IT possible tools as a hobby and for fun ; then this became my work .
What would you describe as your most memorable achievement ?
I am not sure that I would single out any specific achievement , but I think working with the research team and our partners in Neuromem and developing an ecosystem around the exciting early stages of AI has to be quite high on my list of achievements .
What style of management philosophy do you employ with your current position ?
I am a great believer in sharing and I think that a consensus-driven philosophy is key when you work with talented people . Keeping an open mind and being receptive to feedback are the key pillars of good teams and great achievements .
What do you think is the current hot technology talking point ?
AI is a very important topic . Unfortunately , many people are still ignorant of how this will affect our life and , as with any new technology , they abuse the use of this word or spread misinformation . At Neuromem , we are very keen to contribute to this discussion and share the advantages of the use of this very crucial piece of technology especially in the enterprise and smart city sectors .
How do you deal with stress and unwind outside the office ?
I am very rarely stressed and I attribute this to being very organised not just in what is expected but planning for the unexpected . This means that I give myself enough time to rest and maintain a good work – life balance . I do believe that a really good balance

between private life and professional is key to maintaining full energy at work and positive thinking .
If you could go back and change one career decision what would it be ?
