would spend most of its time managing the diverse infrastructure , but after the rollout of Nutanix , the same team members have been freed up to apply their talents to more innovative areas in the business , such as strategy and systems enhancement .
As head of IT , the responsibility to lead the business case process was led by Hassan . “ It was my responsibility to lead the business case process for the project and to convince C-level executives and the Board .
“ After approval was granted , the migration plan was for two weeks , however , the project delayed due to our internal projects and operational issues which took nearly eight weeks to resolve .
“ Our CEO is a visionary person and he needs projects to be completed in just a few months or sometimes even a few days . Now that we have these Nutanix boxes in place , we can utilise our time more on those projects ,” he said .
